Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Australia Post with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees at the lowest possible postage costs. We do not charge a handling fee.  We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post via their International "Pack and Track" service.  International delivery takes from 3-12 days, and we will provide you with a tracking number to track your parcel online.  This delivery option is for garments weighing up to 2kg only.  For larger orders, please email us at info[at]sinerji[dot]com[dot]au or via our Contact Us page.  International postage table guide is below.  Please note: this table is a guide and certain delivery regions attract extra postage fees.  We will notify you if this applies to your order.  Fees are listed in Australian dollars.

RETURNS

If your Sinerji items arrive and are not the correct fit, please contact Head Office on phone number 1800 398 685, or via email at info[at]sinerji.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.  Then return the garment/s in question to the address below for a replacement or Credit Voucher.  Please include a self addressed, registered post envelope for your replacement item/s.

We do not refund for incorrect choice, but we want you to have the best experience of our beautiful label, so we will do our best to help you select a replacement item that will fit perfectly to your shape and style, or we will issue you with a Credit Voucher.  If you receive an item that you believe is faulty, please contact us on 1800 398 685 within 2 business days of receiving it, and post back immediately for a replacement or Credit Voucher.   If it is deemed to be faulty, and a refund is requested, it will be honoured.

We request that you post using Registered Post as we can not take responsibility for items lost in the post.

Sale items are non-refundable and can not be returned for Credit.
